We currently ship to addresses within Lebanon.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1 - 2 Business Days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Local Delivery: Estimated delivery within 1 - 4 Days

Delivery times may vary based on your location and external factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, courier delays, or customs processing.

Shipping Fees

  • Standard Delivery: $4 All over Lebanon

Free Delivery is available on orders over $50.

Only one promotion or discount may be applied per order. If a discount code is used, it cannot be combined with any other offer, including free delivery thresholds. For example, orders that qualify for free delivery but also use a discount code will be charged standard delivery fees.

Delivery Issues & Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as courier issues, customs clearance, or weather disruptions. If your order is delayed beyond the estimated time, please contact our support team for assistance.

Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to collect from the courier, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges. Refunds (if applicable) will be issued minus the original shipping cost.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 1 - 2 Days of delivery. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund if necessary.
