How to use it
- Roll out your dough into a thin sheet, a little bigger than the mould.
- Lay the sheet over the mould and gently press it into each hole.
- Add a small spoon of filling into every hole.
- Cover with a second sheet of dough.
- Roll a rolling pin firmly over the top to seal and cut the dumplings.
- Flip the mould and tap out your chichbarak. Cook them or freeze them for later. 🥟
